On 26 January 2024, the Faculty of Administration International Economics, Lac Hong University, organized a Mid-term Review of Academic Advising Activities for Semester 1 of the 2023–2024 Academic Year. This program aimed to create the best learning environment for students and to improve the quality of academic advising

PhD. Nguyen Van Tan – Head of the Faculty of International Business & Economics, and MB Ta Thi Thanh Huong – Deputy Head of the Faculty of International Business & Economics, chaired the mid-term review program, with the participation of academic advisors, lecturers, and faculty staff. MB Nguyen Thi Khanh Van – Faculty Coordinator, presented a detailed report on the academic advising activities during the past semester, including academic results, student development, and support policies for students, with the most outstanding being the number of scholarships sponsored by businesses.

In addition, the academic advisors shared their experiences through real cases of academic advising for students, as well as the remaining challenges. These issues were successively discussed under the leadership of the faculty management and with active contributions from the academic advisors.
After the Mid-term Review of Academic Advising Activities for Semester 1 of the 2023–2024 Academic Year held by the Faculty of International Business & Economics, Lac Hong University, the academic advisors summarized experiences and solutions to problems encountered in advising and supporting students. Effective academic advising directly impacts students’ learning activities, thereby improving the quality of human resource training to meet new requirements.
