On the morning of January 19, 2026, representing Lac Hong University (LHU), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Lam, Vice Rector and Mr Nguyen Quang Thai, Principal of Dinh Tien Hoang Primary - Secondary - High School officially signed the second-cycle MoU for the 2025-2030 period. The event marked an important milestone in strengthening educational cooperation between the two institutions, with a focus on enhancing the effectiveness of career orientation and learner development.

Attending the ceremony, on behalf of LHU were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Lam – Vice Rector, along with leaders and representatives from the Office of International Affairs, the Center of Admissions and Public Relations, and the Faculty of Pharmacy. Representing Dinh Tien Hoang School were Mr. Nguyen Quang Thai – Principal, teachers, and a large number of Grade 11 and Grade 12 students.
In his remarks at the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Lam emphasized strengthening the linkage between general education and higher education plays an important role in supporting students to shape their academic and career pathways at an early stage. Through cooperation, students have more opportunities to receive career counseling, participate in hands-on experiences, develop skills, and access training programs aligned with labor market demands.

As part of the signing ceremony, LHU awarded a VND 10 million scholarship to students of Dinh Tien Hoang School. The MoU for the 2025–2030 period focuses on several key areas, including: jointly organizing career counseling and career experience activities; implementing soft skills and STEAM programs; providing professional development and IT and foreign language certification for teachers and students. Particularly, students enrolling at LHU will receive a 30% tuition fee reduction and be supported in participating in university experience programs, skills clubs, and academic activities.
Notably, during the 2025–2026 period, 275 students from Dinh Tien Hoang School enrolled at LHU. This figure demonstrates the strong trust of students and parents, while clearly affirming the effectiveness of the “connection – orientation – accompaniment” model that the two institutions have been jointly implementing to bridge general education and higher education.

The renewed MoU not only strengthens the close partnership between LHU and Dinh Tien Hoang School, but also serves as a solid foundation for both sides to further implement increasingly effective collaborative activities, contributing to improved educational quality and supporting students in identifying appropriate academic and career pathways for the future.
