The FFA Holds the Thesis Evaluation Council for Logistics and Supply Chain Management Students – Cohort 2022

On October 24, 2025, at Lac Hong University, the Faculty of Finance and Accounting successfully organized the Thesis Evaluation Council for students majoring in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Cohort 2022.

This was a significant academic event, marking the academic maturity of students after nearly four years of study, research, and training, while reaffirming the Faculty’s orientation toward practice-based education and comprehensive professional competence development.

The thesis defense sessions were held in specialized subcommittees, with the participation of evaluation councils, academic supervisors, faculty reviewers, and representatives from logistics enterprises. These professionals provided practical insights, academic feedback, and constructive recommendations to help students improve their research projects and deepen their understanding of real-world logistics operations.

The sessions took place in a serious yet dynamic and intellectually engaging atmosphere, showcasing the students’ confidence, analytical thinking, and academic rigor in responding to in-depth questions from the evaluators.

More than 50 theses were presented and defended during this round, focusing on practical and contemporary issues in logistics, such as transportation management, warehouse optimization, inventory control, green logistics, digital transformation, and smart supply chain management. Many theses demonstrated innovation, scientific reasoning, and independent analytical capability, earning high appreciation from the Council for their practical value and applicability in business contexts.

The interactive discussions among students, lecturers, and industry representatives created a vibrant learning environment, helping students better understand how to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world practice, while enhancing essential professional skills such as presentation, critical thinking, and problem-solving. Several outstanding theses were nominated for the University-level Student Research Awards and recognized as valuable reference materials for future cohorts.

The defense sessions concluded in a formal yet inspiring atmosphere, leaving a strong impression on both faculty and students. The event not only marked a milestone in the students’ academic journey but also served as a solid foundation for Logistics and Supply Chain Management graduates to confidently enter the professional, innovative, and globally integrated labor market.
