Factors affecting the decision to use bank credit cards of workers in Dong Nai province

ABSTRACT:

The study was conducted to determine the factors affecting the decision to use bank credit cards of workers in Dong Nai province. The quantitative research method is used with survey data from 640 workers in industrial zones in Dong Nai province. The results show that 60.5% of the variation of the decision to use credit cards is explained by 7 factors according to the degree of influence from large to small: Benefits (LI), Marketing Policy (MAR), Convenience Convenience (STT), Banking Image (HA), Ease of Use (TDSD), Safety and Security (ATBM), Cost of Use (CP). The study also offers solutions to help banks attract more customers to use their credit cards.
