Factors affecting the tourists satisfaction with the quality of tourims services in dong nai province

This study examines the factors affecting the tourists satisfaction and thereby evaluating the level of mpact of factors affecting tourist satisfaction with the quality of tourism services in Dong Nai. The study used convenient sampling, a non-probability sampling method with 300 votes (after eliminating 16 inappropriate votes, 284 votes for analysis) to evaluate the scales using Cronbach's reliability coefficient. Alpha, EFA exploratory factor analysis, multiple regression analysis and testing of initial hypotheses. Research results by SPSS 22.0 software, show that there are 6 factors affecting tourist satisfaction with the quality of tourism services in Dong Nai: Infrastructure for tourism; Travel landscape; Food, beverage, shopping and entertainment services; Security and safety; Staff; Perceived price, of which the biggest impact is the factor Security and safety which has the strongest impact and the factor with the weakest impact is Food, beverage, shopping and entertainment services. Through research results, the author suggests policies for improve the quality of tourism services and increase tourist satisfaction with the quality of tourism services in Dong Nai.
