LHU on November 16 morning, 2024 solemnly held a ceremony to receive sponsorship, establish the Scholarship Fund "LHU students overcoming difficulties" and show gratitude and appreciation to partners. The event attracted the participation of more than 70 businesses and individual sponsors from Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Long An, Tay Ninh, Dong Nai and 35 business associations inside and outside the province.

Attending the program, from the provincial leaders, were Mr. Tran Quoc Toan - Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Vice President of the Vietnam - China Friendship Association; Ms. Tran Thuy Tien - General Secretary of the Union of Friendship Organizations, Vice President of the Vietnam - China Friendship Association. Realizing this, LHU has joined hands with businesses to establish the "LHU students overcoming difficulties" Scholarship Fund.

At the ceremony, the University announced the establishment of the Scholarship Fund Management Board, affirming transparency, responsibility and professionalism in operations while demonstrating the University's commitment to building a humane and sustainable educational environment.
The Board will ensure that all donations are used effectively, bringing practical benefits to the student community. Additionally, the Organizers announced and awarded 36 scholarships to outstanding poor students overcoming difficulties, including the 3 best students who received full scholarships each worth nearly 30 million VND. This is a well-deserved recognition for their endless efforts in pursuing knowledge.
