Lac Hong University (LHU) has developed this assessment to explore sustainability literacy, knowledge, attitudes, and behaviours among LHU students and learners.
This brief assessment includes multiple-choice questions and Likert-scale items designed to gauge your understanding, perspectives, attitudes, and behaviours related to sustainability and sustainable development. The findings will help LHU better understand sustainability awareness among its learners and support the improvement of educational activities, student engagement initiatives, competitions, and sustainability-related programs.
The assessment consists of 5 sections and is available in English and Vietnamese:
Section A: DEMOGRAPHIC INFORMATION (6 items)
Section B: SUSTAINABILITY KNOWLEDGE (13 items)
Section C: SUSTAINABILITY ATTITUDE (11 items)
Section D: SUSTAINABILITY BEHAVIOUR (15 items, including 1 optional open-ended item)
Section E: SUGGESTIONS FOR SDG COMPETITIONS AND ACTIVITIES (5 items)
The assessment takes approximately 10–15 minutes to complete. Participation is voluntary, and no name or email address is required. Responses will be analysed and reported in aggregate form for educational and quality-improvement purposes.
By participating, you will have an opportunity to reflect on your own sustainability knowledge, attitudes, and behaviours while contributing to a broader understanding of sustainability within the LHU community.
The findings from this assessment will provide valuable insights into the level of sustainability knowledge, attitudes, and behavioural engagement among Lac Hong University (LHU) students. The results are reviewed annually by the Office of Educational Testing and Quality Assurance and the Office of Academic Affairs of Lac Hong University to inform teaching approaches, student engagement strategies, sustainability-related competitions, campus sustainability programs, and other initiatives aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
This initiative reflects LHU’s commitment to developing sustainability-literate graduates who are equipped with the knowledge, awareness, and practical competencies needed to contribute to transformative change and advance sustainable development within their communities and beyond.
