The Faculty of Postgraduate Studies successfully organized the University-level Doctoral Dissertation Evaluation Committee in Business Administration – Doctoral Candidate Duong Thi Phuong Hanh

On the morning of January 11, 2025, at the meeting room of Campus 1, Lac Hong University held the University-level Doctoral Dissertation Evaluation Committee in Business Administration for the doctoral candidate Duong Thi Phuong Hanh, with the dissertation topic: "Factors affecting work motivation of university lecturers in Dong Nai."

The evaluation committee at Lac Hong University consisted of the following members: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Lam – Lac Hong University; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ho Thi Thu Hoa – International University, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City; Dr. Tran Thi Trang – Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH); Dr. Mai Thi Anh Tuyet – Lac Hong University; Dr. Nguyen Van Tan – Lac Hong University; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phuoc Minh Hiep – Tra Vinh University; Dr. Vu Truc Phuc – Hong Bang International University.

Doctoral candidate Duong Thi Phuong Hanh successfully presented the key arguments of her dissertation titled: "Factors affecting work motivation of university lecturers in Dong Nai."

After listening to the candidate’s presentation and her responses to the committee’s questions, the committee discussed and unanimously agreed that the content and format of the dissertation fully met the requirements of a doctoral dissertation in Business Administration.

The evaluation session concluded successfully, marking an important milestone in the academic journey of the doctoral candidate. The dissertation not only holds academic value but also offers practical suggestions for building an ideal working environment, contributing to improving the performance and teaching quality at universities.

In a moment of joy and emotion, Duong Thi Phuong Hanh expressed her deep gratitude for the guidance and dedicated support of her academic supervisors, extended thanks to the evaluation committee, and acknowledged the care and support from the leadership of Lac Hong University, colleagues, friends, and especially her family—who have been a great source of encouragement and motivation, enabling her to successfully complete and defend her doctoral dissertation.
