Vibrant tech space at LHU with “New Generation Students 2025”

On the morning of August 15, 2025, LHU in collaboration with Vietnam Television (VTV), hosted the selection round of the “New Generation Students 2025” competition at Auditorium A301. The event was filled with excitement and enthusiasm, demonstrating the competition as a prestigious academic platform that honors knowledge, resilience, and creativity among Vietnamese students.

With the spirit of “Application – Creativity – Integration”, LHU students transformed the competition stage into an open technology space, where breakthrough ideas were presented and tested. Representing the University, the LHU Samuel team, consisting of 10 members, introduced their project “Borderwave system – Warning for crossing maritime boundaries and fishing areas”, which aims to enhance fishermen’s safety while promoting sustainable marine exploitation and environmental protection.

After a fair and rigorous evaluation, the Judges selected the top 5 outstanding contestants to advance to the next rounds. These representatives are expected to bring more innovative ideas, further affirming the capability and intelligence of LHU students in technology.

The “New Generation Students” competition not only serves as a platform for students to showcase their academic ability and creativity, but also to develop teamwork skills, problem-solving thinking, and practical application skills. Concurrently, it stands as a hub for community-driven ideas, spreading the spirit of “Real action – Real change".

The selection round is just the beginning, yet it has already created a vibrant tech atmosphere at LHU. In the upcoming rounds, more unique ideas are expected to emerge, reinforcing the position of LHU students in the journey of innovation and global integration.
