On the morning of March 9, 2026, LHU signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the University of Kang Ning (UKN), Taiwan, marking an important milestone in expanding LHU’s international partnership network and opening up more opportunities for learning, academic exchange, and development for students of both institutions.

Welcoming the UKN delegation were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Vu Quynh, Vice Rector; Nguyen Thi Nhu Thuong, M.A., Vice Dean of the Faculty of Oriental Studies; Nguyen Minh Son, M.Sc., Vice Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology; and Huynh Thuc Hieu, MBA, Deputy Director of the Center of Admissions and Public Relations, along with faculty members and students from LHU. UKN was represented by Mr. Chen, Chin-Hsi, Rector, and Ms. Li Hsi-Yen, Director of the Pre-University Program Center.

At the event, representatives from both universities discussed future directions for collaboration, including the development of joint training programs, the promotion of academic exchange activities, and the expansion of opportunities for student engagement. Both sides also expressed their desire to strengthen cooperation in scientific research while creating favorable conditions for students to access international learning environments, thereby enhancing their foreign language proficiency, professional skills, and ability to adapt to today’s globalized environment.
