Implementing quality management system in accordance with ISO 21001:2018

On February 23, 2024, the Office of Educational Testing and Quality Assurance of LHU organized a meeting "Implementing quality assurance work and building a quality management system according to ISO 21001:2018", the second semester of the 2023-2024 school year. Rector Lam Thanh Hien chaired the meeting with the participation of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Lam - Vice Rector, Mr. Le Phuong Truong - Head of the Office of Educational Testing and Quality Assurance, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hien - staff of the Rector's Office, Ms. Ngo Dinh Hoang Diem - Lecturer of the Faculty of Pharmacy and QA and ISO staff in charge from affiliated units.

The meeting focused on contents including Deploying tasks related to QA and ISO at the beginning of the second semester of the 2023-2024 academic year; Disseminating plans that need improvement; Unifying the way of working among QA and ISO staff.

Faced with the country's constant changes and the impact of international integration, higher education in Vietnam must be continuously updated and innovative. To meet increasing socio-economic requirements, LHU must improve its management systems for QA and ISO. This is not only a task but also an opportunity to improve knowledge and competitiveness. QA and ISO need to be enhanced to accommodate developments in awareness and innovations in educational activities.

The meeting helped staff and lecturers better understand the QA and ISO work at the beginning of the second semester of the 2023-2024 school year, thereby taking measures to improve service quality to better meet and control the accuracy of measurement and evaluation information.
