FFA Organizes Youth Union Skills Training Program Combined with Team Building Activities in Phan Thiet

On May 14–15, 2026, the Faculty of Finance and Accounting, Lac Hong University, successfully organized the 2026 Youth Union Skills Training Program combined with Team Building activities in Phan Thiet Ward, Lam Dong Province, with the enthusiastic participation of Youth Union officers and outstanding students of the Faculty.

The program was designed to enhance Youth Union operational skills, promote teamwork and solidarity, and foster a dynamic and creative student environment. It also served as a meaningful activity to strengthen the connection among students, the Faculty Youth Union Executive Committee, and the Faculty’s lecturers and staff members.

As part of the program, students participated in various practical training sessions focusing on organizing collective activities, leadership development, communication skills, and teamwork. In addition, a series of outdoor Team Building activities was conducted enthusiastically, featuring challenges that required coordination, creativity, and the ability to overcome personal limitations.

Throughout the program, the atmosphere was filled with energy, laughter, and youthful enthusiasm. Through these experiential activities, students not only developed essential soft skills but also had opportunities to interact, connect, and strengthen their collective spirit.

Notably, the program also reflected the continuous support and close companionship of the Faculty leadership, lecturers, and the Faculty Youth Union in promoting students’ comprehensive development. In addition to emphasizing academic excellence, the Faculty of Finance and Accounting consistently creates opportunities for students to enhance their skills, resilience, integration mindset, and adaptability through practical activities and student movements.

The 2026 Youth Union Skills Training Program combined with Team Building activities once again demonstrated the dynamic, modern, and experience-oriented learning environment at the Faculty of Finance and Accounting, Lac Hong University — a place where students not only study to become professionally competent, but also grow, connect, and shine throughout their youth journey.
