To strengthen the connection between classroom theory and the practical working environment, while enabling Accounting students to gain early exposure to enterprises, on the afternoon of April 17, 2026, the Faculty of Finance and Accounting, Lac Hong University organized a field visit and practical learning program at C.P. Vietnam Livestock Joint Stock Company for students from classes 25KT111 and 25KT112, with the participation of 80 students and supervising lecturers.

The program was designed to narrow the gap between academic training and real business requirements, allowing students to gain a more direct understanding of modern production and business operations, particularly the role of accounting in large-scale enterprises.

During the visit, representatives of C.P. Vietnam introduced students to the company’s history and development, its integrated production model, modern management system, and professional working environment. In addition, students were given insights into the organizational structure, internal control procedures, and the role of the accounting department in managing costs, revenues, assets, and supporting managerial decision-making.

Importantly, the program also provided students with practical information regarding internship opportunities, recruitment prospects, career pathways, and competency requirements for accounting professionals in the context of accelerating digital transformation. Topics related to corporate accounting, internal auditing, financial analysis, data management, and technology applications in accounting attracted significant interest from participants.
The event atmosphere was dynamic and engaging, particularly during the direct interaction session between students and company representatives. Numerous questions regarding professional skills, interview experience, promotion opportunities, recruitment expectations for new graduates, and trends in the modern accounting profession were thoroughly addressed, offering practical perspectives and strong inspiration for students.

Through this practical learning experience, students not only reinforced their academic knowledge but also had the opportunity to develop professional etiquette, communication skills, business-oriented thinking, and adaptability to a modern working environment. These are important assets that will help them confidently enter the labor market after graduation.
The organization of enterprise visits continues to demonstrate the effectiveness of Lac Hong University’s educational model of integrating theory with practice, combining learning with application, and connecting students with industry at an early stage. Accounting students at the University not only study disciplinary knowledge but also regularly participate in professional workshops, enterprise internships, practical experiences, and direct engagement with employers throughout their studies.
Through a series of enterprise partnership activities, Lac Hong University continues to affirm its position as a dynamic, practice-oriented learning environment rich in career opportunities. It is also an attractive destination for prospective students interested in Accounting, Finance and Banking, Logistics, and Business Administration, who seek to study in a modern environment closely connected with industry and offering promising career prospects.
